Neofonie WePad: The German tablet with touchscreen 11.6 ”

The German company Neofonie presented WePad, a tablet with a 11.6-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels and operating system Android. The device is equipped with an Intel Atom N450 at 1.66GHz, GMA 3150 video card, webcam, 2 USB ports, battery with 6 hours of battery life and 3G connectivity.

Applications can be downloaded by apposito WePad App Store prepared by Neofonie or by Android Market. The device also supports playback of multimedia content in Flash, while for a special application called eBook is scheduled WeBook.

Availability and prices have not yet been disclosed.
