Samsung NB30: resistant to liquids and shock Keyboard semi-waterproof and anti-shock HDD

Samsung was one of the first companies to submit new netbook with Pine Trail. Besides the already seen models N220, N210 and N150, 2010 will also bring the ‘NB30, a 10-inch to rumors that they wanted with touchscreen.
Indeed in NB30 Samsung touch screen is only optional, but the netbook is capable of surviving to 50 cc of liquid thrown on the keyboard in a few seconds and is also able to withstand a drop from 76 cm in height.
Allthanks to a particular chassis design, a semi-waterproof keyboard and an anti-shock (an accelerometer inside), which turns off the hard drive in case of movements too fast to be natural.
In addition, the lid is finished with an almost rubbery material, free from scratches and fingerprints. In terms of hardware the Samsung NB30 mounts Atom N450 processor running at 1.66GHz on Windows 7 Starter Edition.
The netbook is capable of 11 hours of battery life (probably a 6-cell battery) and has a multitouch touchpad, a display opaque (as mentioned wanting to touch) and a keyboard with keys slightly rounded edges (the one mounted in the other models )looks like a hybrid between a traditional and an “off-grid.
NB30 The Samsung will soon be on sale in the United States for $ 379.
