Asus EEE PC 1005HR unpacked with 1366 × 768

Many of us are familiar with the Asus Eee PC 1005HA, and have already learned to love it, thanks to the cheap price of only 300 euros and the beautiful design.

A higher resolution, however, is an option that is often missing in the 10.1 inch device that now the Asus Eee PC 1005HR eliminated. Peter von Netbooked’ve unpacked the Netbook and also made two comparison pictures where you can see a 11.6 inches

HP DM1 with 1366 × 768 resolution, the 1005HR and the Samsung N140 with 1024 × 600 in direct comparison.

Of course, it comes with Windows 7 Starter, 250GB hard drive and a 6-cell (5800 mAh) battery is to keep the 8.5 hours. A price, unfortunately I do not know but in Japan it should be available in small quantities since October.

Many of the default resolution will be sufficient, if only because there is the font larger, but with more pixels can be better to work in multiple windows and enjoy HD Ready videos.
